Classical samplers (album or CD with overtures & main themes) are quite rejuvenating and should be experienced. (Westminster label was the one I had)

I've just had a load of really tough exams and music helped me to get through it. I love listening to PJ Harvey when I'm feeling emotional… She's got huge passion in her voice… Anyway I only just started listening to her stuff so I'm kind of enthusiastic about her right now! Dancing is great when you're feeling crazy and stressed/depressed too… It just gets it out of you. I love the White Stripes (definitely my favourite band), PJ Harvey, The Hives, The Dandy Warhols, Lemonheads, JJ72, Brassy, The Foo Fighters, Nirvana, The Datsuns… That's all I can think of right now. Also I play percussion which is fantastic… I love playing massive drums because you can really let rip… Yeah, music can definitely be therapeutic. But listening to depressing music can just make you more depressed! Bex

I love music, and at times it helps to deal with really hard problems and situations in life. Besides I love singing in the shower as well!

When im angry or depressed, yes i do turn my music on. I listen to the words, and back when i played an insterment in middle school i would go out side and play for a while. music is like the one thing out there that can free you soul, other than books and poetry, but music is just that, well im seeing my self ramble on alot.
