Classical samplers (album or CD with overtures & main themes) are quite rejuvenating and should be experienced. (Westminster label was the one I had) Cool

I've just had a load of really tough exams and music helped me to get through it. I love listening to PJ Harvey when I'm feeling emotional… She's got huge passion in her voice… Anyway I only just started listening to her stuff so I'm kind of enthusiastic about her right now!

Dancing is great when you're feeling crazy and stressed/depressed too… It just gets it out of you.

I love the White Stripes (definitely my favourite band), PJ Harvey, The Hives, The Dandy Warhols, Lemonheads, JJ72, Brassy, The Foo Fighters, Nirvana, The Datsuns… That's all I can think of right now. Also I play percussion which is fantastic… I love playing massive drums because you can really let rip…

Yeah, music can definitely be therapeutic. But listening to depressing music can just make you more depressed!

I love music, and at times it helps to deal with really hard problems and situations in life. Besides I love singing in the shower as well! Big Grin
