Okay. alot of people have posted things like why believe in god? I'm not sure but some of them almost seem like they want to believe. They just want to ask questions. So if you want to argue fine. i love a good argument. and if you don't that's fine too. just hear christians out. If you genuinely need to ask questions i'd be happy to try and answer. don't take my word as the only answer though. look it up in the bible. i'm all ears.

John 3:16 should get you started. for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so who shall ever believeth in him will NOT perish, but have ever lasting life. john 3:17 for god did not send his son into the world to condem (spelling?) the world, but so that the world through him might be saved. by the way, any people that are open minded about Jesus, but are looking for proof, i suggest the book 'Case for Christ' by Lee Strobel, who was an athiest until he started looking for proof that Jesus was who the Bible said he was--and still is.

also, people who want to know more, don't just take my word for things if you don't want to. look it up. PRAY! keep asking questions.

I am a dead on Christian, and I believe in God and Satan. But I'm not afraid of Satan because I know that God will protect me. I am afraid of God though. God is much bigger and more powerful than Satan. But He doesn't want us to fear Him so that we will love Him. He wants us to fear Him so that we know that He is God of all and no one can be bigger than He. Read the Bible. It explains it all. (Especially The Message : The Remix)

Yesterday i watched this really kool movie called Something to Sing About. It's about this guys life that got totally turned around because he had Jesus in his life. Before he had Jesus he was in jail and was doing some awful stuff, but Jesus changed that for him. You guys should watch even if ure Christian or not, cuz u will get a message from it.

Dude he's not imaginary! Believe me! at times when i felt my worst, He's been there for me! I don't talk to an imaginary God! He's answered my prayers to many times in ways I couldn't even imagine for Him to be fake! It's like I could reach out abd touch Him if I wanted to! He's done miracles for my family, too. My sister would have had the bone in her nose in her brain if there wasn't a God!

that's the point though celtic. i fear god. (duh) i still love him and think he created me and the world. but i do NOT fear satan. some christians do and that's their business. but i don't because at the end i know satan can't touch me

Yes, because a relationship with God always starts with faith.

what i mean is, i know some people who are TERRIFIED of satan. but i dont get it, shouldnt they believe that their god will protect and defend them from satan??
