I was ecstatic about the Tyco executives being convicted. Their kind of corporate crime is as destructive to the United States as foriegn terrorism. Al Qaida can attack us but they can't corrode our resolve and confidence in the American system. Not only does corporate crime damage our economy by defrauding millions of hard working Americans who are trying to plan for retirement, it shakes people confidence in corporate America as an entity. Kozlowski and his kind threaten everything we as Americans stand for.

I think corporate crime is rampant. Few are being caught, most are committing the crimes.
