What do you guys think of the Airbus v. Boeing Illegal Subsidies case pending in the WTO? I side with the all american Boeing Company of Chicago, IL , and not only because they are American, but because they are the victim of Airbus' illegal subsidies they recieve from EU countries. This is causing Boeing to loose tremendous amounts of money... A sense of congress legislation was adopted earlier this year in the U.S. Senate: S. Con. Res. 25

As a commercial pilot, I don't trust any aircraft that you can't fly directly. Airbuses (and the B-777) are fly-by-wire. The pilot does not control the plane; he just tells the computer what he wants. In fighters you need computers because of the negative dynamic stability. You don't in subsonic passenger jets. That's why Airbuses are inherently less safe (and there are computer-related incidents to substantiate that.)

Nope I know airbus has a new plane that'll seat comething like 500 but I'll stick with boeing way more comfortable, way more reliable, way more safe

i love boeing way more than airbus. the new A380 will be reallll harmful to many of the already bankrupt airlines because of the fuel usage. Unless they do fewer and fuller flights all at once with the A380.
But airbus coppied my idea for a superplane. except mine has 3 floors. And runs on hydrogen. theirs still runs on gas. Gross....

What happened now? The new Airbuses look, and are, awesome, though, I must say.
