You Americans are lucky to have Adbusters. Since I'm from England my version of Adbusters is basically the Green Party. It's a same that they are a very small party and hardly anyone votes for them.

You know a better way to fight so-called "corporate rule"? Ditch Buy Nothing Day and buy from locally-owned mom and pop stores. Even better, buy from mom and pop stores all the time. Depriving everyone of your money isn't going to do a thing. Supporting smaller stores will. Until they're outsold by Wal-Mart, of course...
