Nothing specific in mind, I just wanted to know if anyone had any thoughts or recomendations relating to literature that doesn't get much exposure. I'm thinking of Dennis Johnson, Don Delilo, Flannery O'Conner, Jim Harrison, Thomas Pynchon, Salmon Rushdie, Cormac McCarthy, etc... But by no means limit your discourse.

Perhaps to kick things off, I'd like to say that I think Pynchon's Mason & Dixon is one of the funniest books of all time.
