Ok, so this is my first time actually posting my poetry. Just tell me what you think, I will be happy to hear anything and feel free to share any of yours with me.
In the pouring rain we dance
Together
Embraced in each others arms
My rain soaked face
If only you knew
It is not rain that soaks my face, but tears
We spin, holding each other tighter
People pass
Judging us, not knowing us
The moon lights our path
And the stars are our friends
Don’t ever let me go
I am afraid to be alone
You see a tear drop from my eye
But with your gentle hand you wipe it away
I look up at you and our eyes connect
Together and forever
We will be dancing in the rain
Just promise me, that you'll try to breathe.
