The question goes like this:

Either you or a completely random person is going to drop dead right now and you must choose who. The person could be a murderer, your best friend, or anyone; it's totally random. Do you die so that another lives? Is it your responsibility to take the death since it's you with the choice? Flipping a coin is not allowed. Since most people respond to this by having the other person die, I extend the question to having more than one random person dying. What's the limit? Would you die on the spot if you knew it meant two others would not? Three? My personal limit is eight. Kind of bad, I know, but I'm trying to be honest with myself. I'll enjoy knowing what the rest of you have to say on this.

i would die for six people, maybe seven.

i would only die for my grandparents,my 4 closest friends and my boyfriend john. other than that outside of the people i know i'd probably die for a child because they're so young and have their whole life ahead of them. it's not their time to die.

I'm kidding. I'd die for my immediate family (maybe my extended family if the circumstances were that extreme) and most certainly my girlfriend.

But I'd really rather not die for anyone. I like doing things, and I can't do much when I'm dead.

Okay, so, this will be my first ever post on anything on this site...so here goes...

There are only three people I would die for at this point in my life. The first being my best friend Vinny. The second being my other best friend Michelle. The third being my cousin Amber. I would only die for these three because I believe, if I was in such a situation, that they have such great potential of becoming great minds and great individuals, that I believe my life would be worth it for them to continue living and growing. The only way I would die for anyone is if they have that great of potential and if I love those people. I wouldn't die for just anyone and I do not believe it is noble to do so. I think the altruistic approach to things is quite disasterous and I've always been a person who has valued my life above all. It doesn't mean I don't choose to help people. I often do.

In general, I wouldn't die for anyone. I might die for a child I don't know. That's about it outside of the three.

There are only a handful of people who I would give my life for. But I wouldn't die for random people. I'm too selfish for that.

I would die for just about anyone. Why? because i just would, its a matter of how you feel about losing your self to help another.

I would like to be noble and say that I would for all the people in my life that I care about but that would be a lie. I have yet to find someone that I would put a gun to my head and pull the trigger if it meant saving them. It doesnt mean that I dont care about them, it just means that I do value my life and what I can do with it a lot. Maybe that makes me a horrible person but oh well. It's just who I am.

I would gladly give my life for any of my friends or family, and if I could prevent some strangers or mass group of strangers from loosing their lives at the cost of my own, I think I would. Just the way I was raised, grown to care about people, and taken it on myself to protect thoee I can.

I would die for someone I knew, maybe even a group of people I didn't, I don't know. It would totally depend on the situation and everything.
