quote:
7. Why not?

Have you heard the story about how a philosophy teacher asked the question 'Why?' as the only question on the test and everyone was writing down complex answers. Then this guy wrote just the phrase 'Why not?' and got an 'A'?

1. There is no such thing as actual truth or definitely being right. Everything is subjective. If you disagree, then you're (subjectively, of course) wrong.

2. I tend to think in English. Sometimes I even see the thoughts I'm thinking spelled out in words in my head. Maybe that's just because I read and write too much, and maybe it's just because I'm crazy.

3. Berenelen has it dead on.

4. Life is a series of ultimately inconsequential events. Then you die. But it's a lot funner than I make it sound.

5. I don't think there is any great, mystical meaning of life. I just think the thing to do while living is to try to be happy, and to try to make others happy (often, they're one and the same).

6. Faith:
Confident belief in the truth, value, or trustworthiness of a person, idea, or thing.
Belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence.
Loyalty to a person or thing; allegiance.
The theological virtue defined as secure belief in God and a trusting acceptance of God's will.
The body of dogma of a religion, e.g. The Muslim Faith.
A set of principles or beliefs.

And yes, that was copied from a dictionary.

7. Because sometimes, ya just gotta go.

6. The ability to believe something without any solid proof

7. Because faith is blind

7. Why not?

I have not yet reached my goal, and I am not perfect. But Christ has taken hold of me. So I keep on running and struggling to take hold of the prize. My friends, I don't feel that I have already arrived. But I forget what is behind, and I struggle for wha
