i am currently writing a novel. i once talked to an author. and he told me he had published 3 books in his life time. what he did was watch people and wrote down everything that happened each day. then he'd rewrite it as a story, then rewrite again. personally. i don't do this, my current novel is 21 computer pages long (over 11000 words :P) in the end i'm estimating that it will be close to 60 pages long. its about a girl in grade 10.
J'irai bien.

I have been formulating an adventure/fantasy epic for more than a year now...its going great.
The original draft of The Lord of the Rings featured Chuck Norris instead of Frodo Baggins. It was only 5 pages long, as Chuck roundhouse-kicked Sauron's ass halfway through the first chapter.

I don't know how hard it would be to write a book, but if you have something to write about, you're one step closer than most people. I think in your case, it might be best to start out with magazine articles or something like that. I don't know if you can write a whole book from one year of bullying, unless you're going for a really short book. But then, I suppose you could make some sort of self-help thing out of it...I dunno. As far as teens publishing books, I've heard of quite a few. I can't really find any teen-specific publishers, but this site looks like it might be useful for what you're thinking. Hopefully, this helped somewhat. Good luck!
The more you know, the less you don't know.
