Well, it's 06/06/06, and all seems well.

I did in fact see the Omen today, dressed in all black, with 666 on one wrist and a goat-head pentagram on the other, carrying my good ol' Satanic Bible. A dangerous move when one lives in the Bible belt.

Of course, not as good. And, THEY DIDN'T USE THE SAME THEME SONG!

And I found a site that said the end of the world would come with tidal waves and meteors from space on May 25th this year.

Seems they were a bit off.

I don't think it'll happen, besides if something like that was to happen wouldn't it happen during 666 a.d.

It greatly insults me when my idiotic friends treat the current The Omen as if it was spanking new. I have to explain, to their amazement, that there were three movies made from The Omen in the 70's.

If it doesn't happen this century, Phelps will be brutally debated over "the end of the world"...

You cannot remake the masterpiece that was the Omen.

I know, it's a film that really doesn't need remaking. I saw the original last year, and it was pretty damn good, as expected. But, Hollywood has ran out of ideas and have for the most part only been making sequels and remakes.

I really hope people go and see the original...as I'm assuming this one will be bad, especially if they don't use the same song

technically, that date is 6606 not 666. and, could someone explain how the mark of the beast and the end of the world correlate? i used to know everything there was to know about all of that...well, just about....but i can't remember anymore. i thought the beast wasn't supposed to be released in the Earth, until AFTER the revelation.
