When sombody loves you you can finally be the person that you are inside and not have to worry
when sombody loves you you know that they don't care about all the make up or the brand of clothes you wear
but when sombody loves you sacrifices must be made theres no such thing as a perfect life in any single way
so when that certain someone is standing next to you don't waste another minuet to say i love you too

Nice little poem.
Like my pastor told us not to lond ago. There was this man who was going to write a book about Love and so he went around asking people about Love and read other books on Love and so he started to write his book. He was almost through with it when he meet a woman and fell in Love with her. He ended up throwing his book away cause he realize that what he had wrote was different than what he felt.
No can tell you if you love someone you just know if you do. Everyone has their on ways of knowing.

hmmm yeah maybe love is diffrent to every one which is why love is a bitch to describe
"The very existence of flamethrowers proves that sometime, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done"."

Emo Euterpe. Heh. Have I ever been in love? I'm not quite sure. If love is caring so deeply for someone that you'd stick with them no matter what, and try your damnedest to keep them happy through thick and thin, then yeah, I've been in love. Still am, oddly enough, even though I'm dating someone else. Or I could be imagining it all. But it sure felt like love.
The more you know, the less you don't know.

I had that as my away message for a while, but I feel it looked too emo and I promptly removed it.

I said my own version. Her quote is by Neil Gaiman, my favourite author in the world.
The man who smiles when things go wrong has thought of someone to blame it on. - Robert Bloch

What I feel is the best quote ever on love: "Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life. You give them a piece of you. They didn't ask for it. They did something dumb one day, like kiss you or smile at you, and then your life isn't your own anymore. Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like 'maybe we should be just friends' turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart. It hurts. Not just in the imagination. Not just in the mind. It's a soul-hurt, a real gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain. I hate love."

I hate love. It makes you vulnerable to a stupid person who smiled at you in a stupid way. Leaving you hopeless and completely under their control. Then suddenly, your life isn't yours anymore because you'll never forget how that stupid person smiled a stupid smile at you, totally taking your life away from you. They take your heart without wanting it, crush it, and expect you to be okay in the future. It opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build all these defenses, so that nothing can hurt you, then that one person comes along and fucks everything up. It hurts.

My general feeling was "What the fuck just happened?" going both ways. Funny how that worked out.
Those who profess to favor freedom and yet depreciate agitation are men who want crops without plowing up the ground, they want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the roar of its many waters. Frederick Douglass

hey - here's a thought!!! INSTRUCTIONS: EACH PERSON DESCRIBE HOW THEY FELT WHEN THEY WERE IN LOVE FOR THE FIRST TIME (OR OUT OF IT) I've honestly never been in love, so i dont know what that is - seriously. I couldn't tell u that there was a mushy feeling or anything, because i've yet to meet the guy who's worth that much of my thoughts in one day...
Okay, fine!!! Tell me what you think of me.... now ask me if I care...

I agree with this poem. I love my girlfriend, and this pretty much describes how I feel. it is genuine.

I don't really agree with this part. You should already be the person that you are inside without having another complete. True happiness can't and shouldn't be based on the love you have for someone else. Look at it this way: Love is always there, but sometimes that person isn't. Love yourself first before you love another and they will love you.
I have not yet reached my goal, and I am not perfect. But Christ has taken hold of me. So I keep on running and struggling to take hold of the prize. My friends, I don't feel that I have already arrived. But I forget what is behind, and I struggle for wha

I am in love and I agree with alot of the stuff on this poem.
Our future is burning red hot with causes, but are hiding in the winds of change. Now its time to raise the stakes.
