What do you belive in life? What I mean is what phrases or sayings do you apply to your life. Mine is......... "Live Life to the Fulliest". and "Be true to yourself".
Our future is burning red hot with causes, but are hiding in the winds of change. Now its time to raise the stakes.

If you believe in some kind of masterwork: this was all meant for something, I am truly sorry, although I'm really laughing inside, because I know this all comes out to nothing, go on believe life's some kind of masterwork; this was all meant for something. I'm sorry, laughing inside, for nothing, sorry, laughing inside, for nothing". - Mushroomhead / Born of Desire

Indiana Jones: Wear your jewels to bed Princess? Willie: Yeah... and nothing else. Shock you? Indiana Jones: Nothing shocks me. I'm a scientist. Mola Ram: You don't believe me, Dr. Jones? You will, Dr. Jones. You will become a true believer. Chattar Lal: Dr Jones, wasn't it the Sultan of Madagascar who threatened to cut off your head if you ever returned to his country? Indiana Jones: No, it wasn't my head. Chattar Lal: Then your hands, perhaps? Indiana Jones: No, it wasn't my hands. It was my... . [looks down at his groin] Indiana Jones: My misunderstanding.

You made me think. Thanx! "Don't bother just to be better than your contemporaries or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself." -William Faulkner- "The dance is a poem of which every movement is a word." -Mata Hari- Recently, we had to read a book at school, and it's main point, why it was written, was to think about this question: Why were we born to this world? I've thought about it a lot. The book also gives some alternatives, like to love your country, to find a home somewhere in the world and things like this. What do you think?

This is my mission statement and y'all can take as your own if you want, just read it ( in a nice way!) :Life’s a mission. I have to find mine. But in whatever I do, I do with motivation, determination, ambition, focus, heart, spirit & soul. With entrusting these qualities, I can accomplish anything that I want in this world. I can motivate myself and the world to be our best. I can go to the end of the world and back with determination. I can be ambitious and look forward to the future. I can stay on task and focus. Anything that I can, will, and do will have thought and heart put into it. I will renew others and myself with my spirit and soul. I will take my mission of being my best & being me. Life is full of opportunities and I will take mine!
"I believe there's a hero in all of us that keeps us honest, gives us strength, makes us noble, and finally allows us to die with pride, even though sometimes we have to be steady, and give up the thing we want the most. Even our dreams."

At the end of my senior year in high school, at our youth ministry senior picnic, we always read this poem, and the seniors get a copy of it. Life isn't about keeping score. It's not about how many friends you have Or how accepted you are. Not about if you have plans this weekend or if you're alone. It isn't about who you’re dating, who you used to date, how many people you’ve dated, or if you haven’t been with anyone at all. It isn’t about who you’ve kissed, It’s not about sex. It isn’t about who your family is or how much money they have Or what kind of car you drive. Or where you are sent to school. It’s not about how beautiful or ugly you are. Or what clothes you wear, what shoes you have on, or what kind of music you listen to. It’s not about if your hair is blonde, red, black or brown Or if your skin is too light or too dark. Not about what grades you get, how smart you are, how smart everybody else thinks you are, or how smart standardized tests say you are. It’s not about what clubs you’re in or how good you are at “your” sport. It’s not about representing your whole being on a piece of paper and seeing who will “accept the written you.” LIFE JUST ISN’T. But, life is about who you love and who you hurt. It’s about who you make happy and unhappy purposefully. It’s about keeping and betraying trust. It’s about friendship, used as a sanctity or a weapon. It’s about what you say and mean, maybe hurtful, maybe heartening. About starting rumors and contributing to petty gossip. It’s about what judgments you pass and why. And who your judgments are spread to. It’s about who you’ve ignored with full control and intention. It’s about jealousy, fear, ignorance, and revenge. It’s about carrying inner hate and love, letting it grow, and spreading it. But most of all, it’s about using your life to touch or poison other people’s hearts in such a way that could never have occurred alone. Only you choose the way those hearts are affected, and those choices are what life’s all about.

The following are from "Meagan's Pink Book"... "We walk by fail, not by sight." --2 Corinthians 5:7 "A single fantasy can transform a million realities." --Maya Angelou "I need to believe that something extrordinary is possible." --A Beautiful Mind "Never say it's the end of the world; it's already tomorrow in Australia." "Life is what you make of it. Nothing more, nothing less." And my own personal philosophy: Life is too short to be upset all the time...laugh at life... (for example, I always end up walking through those really deep puddles that just swallow your feet whole...then I end up laughing hysterically at myself...I don't let it ruin my day)

All things change.
Only simple and quiet words will ripen of themselves. For a whirlwind does not last a whole morning, nor does a sudden shower last the entire day.

Ok, mine isn’t a nice little saying. But you can read it if you have time I guess. I was thinking about this one day in math class. I had been arguing with my friend of why he should care instead of not caring about anything. It was brought up that it’s his life and he can do what he wants with it. I thought about this for a while, and couldn’t think of anything. Everything was lame. So I decided to look at the philosophy of the smallest creature and work my way up. The microorganism. Its point in life is to eat, and split into another so it can eat and split into another and so on. That couldn’t be the way we look at life. Eat and give life. So I moved up the line. Ants. Ants do the same basic eat and give life, but in a much more complicated way. Only one ant gives life physically, the queen, but it relies on the others in order to do this. They build a home and gather food and carry the wounded back to home. Although they are many, they act like the single microorganism, and they all make up the single life giving body. They rely upon each other. This sounds more like a way to live a human life, but its only physical. Humans have mental needs too. Up the scale we have monkeys. They eat and give life, like the microorganism. They work together, huddling together in storms, finding food, etc, like the ants. But they have something even more complicated. Without the other monkeys, there mental state is ruined. Put a baby monkey in a cage and keep it there for its whole life. Without other monkeys to interact with, it is crippled mentally. Unlike the ant. When I was little I took an ant egg and raised it in a jar and it was fine. The monkeys act as a single body physically and mentally. On to humans. We are much more complex. We rely on little interactions everyday to stay alive, and we don’t even notice them. The human brain concerning emotions is hardly understood at all. It is known that stress and other emotional sad nesses can cause bodily damage. We rely on other humans 24 7. Think of the screen you are using to read this. It was made only through improving upon numerous designs and scientific breakthroughs of others. Then it was manufactured in a factory run by people, shipped by people, sold by people. Millions of people and millions of dollars were needed before you could ever have the screen. WE RELY ON EVERYONE AROUND US. What should be our life motto or whatever, I don’t know, but I do know that we should help others. In order for you to do well you need others to do good. Every little thing helps too. Not big things like giving a million dollars to an orphanage. Every ounce of effort you put into helping others will come back to you. Do you remember any winners of an Oscar in 1997? Do you remember the last person who gave you a hug? Or was nice to you, said a nice thing? Why can you remember these things? If we act like a big microorganism, like the ants and the monkeys, as one, only then will life be good. My motto or theory or whateva can be drawn from what ive said. I also did that so people wont just skip to the bottom. If you still can’t figure it out than send me a message or something yo.

My meaning and belief in life need not be given to others. It is entirely your own meaning. I think that one cannot give a universal goal for life. One creates his own individual meaning. I want to become a philosophy professor and a writer, that is my path. You may choose another. Its entirely your choice.
Existence is an art.
