Blood and Chocolate is a book that I worship, and when I heard that there was going to be a movie based on it, I nearly wet my pants in sheer excitement. And then I found out yesterday that the writers of the film completely annihilated the plot. The movie is set in Europe, Vivian and the others are older, and I think it's going to take place some time in history. Oh, lets make Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings fans happy, but lets screw over everyone else. Thanks a lot Hollywood. I hope you explode.

That's how I felt when Hitchhiker's Guide was made into a movie. The book was totally castrated and they changed the plot. Then they had the gall to dedicate the movie to the author.
