I wrote a poem in 3rd grade and everyone liked it. Later, in 5th grade, it got published. Well, here it is..
Flowers In the sunlight flowers glitter like a gorgeous unicorn. In the moonlight they glisten in the roaring wind. If you could here a flowers voice, then you would know what it is like to glisten in the moonlight. The flowers shine on the shining moon. In the dark blue waters, you can see the flowers' reflection. You can hear the flowers rustling along with the wild glittering unicorns. You can see the flowers on the unicorns' horns. As the sun begins to rise, the unicorns go back to their mystical land. As the flowers bloom by the sun's rays, they are ready for the next day.

I read it! It was really good. It was really creative, you know? All the stuff about flowers glistening and such...I thought it was pretty. Back in third grade, we had to write books. I wrote a book of poetry and it won first place out of all the third graders...ah, but it seems i have lost my gift...
