Thank you. Radio Stations like 104.1 and Y 101 (Radio stations in the Valley/Fresno/Clovis) play Evanescence's worst songs... OVER and OVER... that is why people hate them. Same with Linkin Park... all they play is 'Numb'. All bands have crappy songs. That doesn't mean they suck. quote:

The ONLY terrible modern band worth talking about is the Darkness. Talking about all those pop-punk bands is old, boring, and pointless. (Now...Journey jokes, those can be good) However, the Darkness on the other hand, are a terrible band with waaay too many fans, and Darkness-appreciation must be stopped. If you want loud guitars, listen to Muse, because Absolution, while not having a naked lady on it, soars miles above the Darkness.

I agree with CutWithManyScars.
Evanescence doesn't suck. People HATE them (despite that they've heard only one or two Evanescence songs, which are actually not their best songs) and because other people don't like Evanescence. Those are such ****ing good reasons I can't even believe it.
Even with Linkin Park; everyone loved them, they got too popular, everyone felt the desire to hate them to be cool and different, all of a sudden everyone hates them.
Arg, I hate idiots.

bands that i dont particularly like: simple plan, evanescance, D12, metallica, godsmack...and any band that sounds exactly like the ones i named. there are a lot of bands that are EXACTLY the same thing as simple plan. there are also a lot of godsmack sound-alikes.

Not all bands on MTV suck, it's just that MTV over uses their power.
Linkin Park and Evanesence rock.
D12, Blink 182, Sum 41, Eminem (which D12 is his band, if I spelled his name wrong... sorry) Clay Aiken and Kelly Clarkson suck. Ozzy Osborne sucks too.
Some aren't bands, but are worth mentioning.

That's really sick. You don't like anything played on MTV? Oh my God that is crazy. Thay play good stuff sometimes. You know now that I think about I don't really have a band that I hate. Maybe like Slipknot or something. I pretty muck like all kinds of music. No wait I don't like country. Ok I gues country bands suck.

Arg, see the problem is I dont' think about suck bands. My list of bands I hate isnt' nearly as long as ones I love.
