1. The link you clicked on when you searched for "CHAT" (to this thread) came up because it has the word "chat" in the title.
2. In case you haven't noticed, the conversations on here are from 2003. It is now 2008, hun. It may have been okay for the 2003 people to have personal chats in the forums, but now it's just annoying.
3. If you can't access those other forms of communication, go to another website and use their forums. I'm sure there are sites with forums just for personal conversations; unfortunately, this isn't one of them.

There is no official YNchatroom, Inuseb. There is in fact a chat, but it isn't enabled for users to use it. YNoisers usually make their own chats on AIM or Yahoo. Do feel free to join in on the debates here on the boards though, they can be interesting if you look around.

There ISN'T one. There's a training chat feature, but it's not regularly available.

Spud, does it only block out websites? If other programs can access the connection, you could get to the room via mIRC or some other IRC client. It's more complicated, but it works.
