I agree however plastic surgery is a very steady field to work in as a doc. I mean with the whole cult of pretty in our society you can make very good money. But I'd rather save a life than give some stupid rich bitch bigger breasts (the first being the reason you really get in to medicine... to save lives)

Yeah, I think it's sad. Your physical appereance deteriorates with time anyways. I think one should focus more on the inner beauty than on the outter. But that's just me.

True. But is surgery the solution? That sounds like self-esteem problems to me. And trust me I would know about low self-esteem.
