I think lust is perfectly natural..

Most religious fundamentalists deem it wrong, though.

LUST IS GREAT!!!

but if you say lust is wrong then love must be wrong because when you're attracted to someone you love its lust. so i guess loving jesus is wrong too? maybe.

My idea of a true love is someone who I will never get bored with. That might not sound that exclusive or hard to find, but belive me, it is.

my friends and i throw the word around but we know when the other really means. cause if thier in love with you; you should see it in thier eyes when they tell you. plus i think you should know the person frist so you know when they mean it and when they don't.

Oh, and my idea of perfect love, is imagine lying beside that person when they're old and fat from kids and have wrinkles and you're still fond of them. You gotta have something other than sex going for you Big Grin

That's exactly what I would've said about a Guy!!
XD
Strange...
Well anyhow...Love is fickle, unkind, and...takes many different forms. I like the love you get out of those best friends. They offer unconditional love, you don't have to worry. I think the most fickle love, and the one you get wrong the most, is love between guys and girls. We seem to always think lust is love, for both genders. Roll Eyes

You shouldn't generalize all males Wink

But many females are just as, or more, lustful than males.

The thing with most girls...they want something until they can have it. I have no ****ing idea why this is, but I do know that is the case a lot of times. The thrill and the excitement of the chase is more powerful than getting what you were chasing. The excitement and happiness wears off quickly, and then you're stuck with something that you don't want, and only truly wanted because you thought you couldn't attain it.

I think too many teens use the "L word" without knowing the real meaning of it... I hear people at my school running around saying "I LOVE YOU" to people they hardly know! To me, saying those 3 words to someone is a serious thing. When I date a guy and he tries out the L word thing after a month, IT'S OVER. Thinking you love someone before you really do, just leads to lots of pain..
I dated a guy (when I was in 8th grade, he was in 9th) for a year, and I was positive that it was "true love" after a couple weeks. I started to choose him over my friends (bad choice), and I ended up finding out that he was just a loser. Now, I've been with my honey for 7 months, and I'm still hesitant to say wether it's really love. He's great, and he really thinks it's love, but Im still scared from the first time to promise that he's for me. Be careful when you use the word "love" to describe a relationship. Make sure you won't regret saying it in a few months.

Love (feeling) between two humans is a waste of time. I've given up making friends and dating...and it's not just because I'm a complete loser. I have other things to worry about other than this girl that I might "love" for three weeks only to find out she's a whore...like most other 14 year old girls.

Ern, I meant to say that I can ...etc. Just wanted to clear that up. (Which, for those that don't know, is what "Lucidity" means. I've been waiting to use that for a long time!)

It was brought up earlier about confusing the difference of love between a member in and out of your family. There were words for those specific type, but somewhere along the line between Latin (Or was it Greek? I forget) and modern English:
Amorous love-*Sings* "When a mAAAAaaaaan loves a woOOOmaan...." You get it.
Filial love-love between family members.
Erotic love-Lust.
As the languages developed, they became one word, "Love". So you can (Filially) love my mother, (Amorously) love a girl of my choosing (Though she doesn't feel the same. ;_Wink, and (erotically) love her, too (but haven't).

The Dali Lama defined (amorous) love as a feeling of completeness that a person feels with another. I felt this with a wonderful girl named Nadia...but she didn't feel the same way. So I'm alone, and every moment is painful to me.

Erm...cheers?

Love is nothing to me anymore. I used to want it more than anything but now people think it's a term that they can jusst throw around and they don't realize how much ity hurts others. Anyways thats all i had to say.
