This thread is similar to the last one. I will clarify rules at the beginning so as to avoid the discussion problems.
1. The point is for "vets" aka people with atleast 1000 posts and 6 months active status to "mentor" new members.
2. If you wish to be adopted post your stats. This includes
NoiseName: Political affiliations/beliefs: Religion/spiritual beliefs/lack thereof(keep it brief): Favorite Music Genre (artist/band if you want): Favorite Book/Series: Favorite Movie/Film/Broadway: Hobbies or Interests, school-related or otherwise: Sex: Age:
I wish to pay homage to Greenleaf, for providing us with this great method of socialization. To respect her, please attempt to keep this convo about adoption and nothing else.

MN debater, AIM me, I'm probably on and I'm probably bored... toughgirldb8r
i've started reading dan brown again though. still think crichton's better, but since i've read everything the school library has and i don't know where my card is for the local, i'm pretty much stuffed for now.
I have all of them, so I'm good there. You should look into the works of Frank Peretti. They are a little steeped in Christian mythology, but there are still extremely enjoyable.
I like these calm little moments before the storm.
lol yes crichton. i have a copy of lost world, prey, airframe, rising sun (never finished, never had time) and next. i also just finished reading congo, and intend to get all of them. between my boyfriend and i, we have something like 10 of his books. i'm trying to get my hands on timeline, andromeda strain, sphere, train robbery and terminal man. all simply because the library is getting crappy at me for hogging them
hahaha. it was the first thing that came into my head. haven't had time to do alot of reading, but to be honest i actually prefer michael crichton, stephen king, maureen mccarthy, david levithan. stuff like that.
and according to facebook, i'm already going to hell :-P
