I need advice. My best friend straight up stopped talking to meabout a week ago and I have tried to reconcile with her so many times that I have lost count. She won't respond to my e-mails, she won't return my calls, and she flat out avoids me in school. I wrote her an e-mail yesterday stating that this e-mail would be my last contact with her unless she decided to initiate contact because I was sick and tired of trying to figure out why she was upset with me. But it still hurts so bad; it's like she took a part of me with her. What should I do? Should I be strong and stick to my plan or should I continue trying to get her back? Please help!!! She is a senior this year and will be graduating in May while I am only a junior, if that helps to decide anything. Thanks.

hey the same thing happened to me in 5th grade. I tried to get our friendship back, but i just forgot about it after awhile. Good thing too. She turned out to be a total git! But I still miss the person she used to be. The thing is people change. Friends go their separate ways cuz sometimes, it just wasnt meant to be. Some day youll find a true friend that will stick by you no matter what, and you can just put this other person in the past.

I'd rather be idiotic than heartless, but I'm sure you all know that. Being idiotic is something I'm good at, but I am not heartless, and never plan to be. I would rather have everyone hate me than to be disgustingly evil.

If you don't know why she's so pissed off, maybe try asking some other people - mutual friends. But if she doesn't want to be your friend, then you're just going to have to get over it, because you can't make someone be your friend.

___If you are the only person on this site who actually knows your friend... don't you think your guess would be better than ours as to what you should do to get over your friendship deperation.
