After extensive reaserch into joey's past, it has become clear to myself and others that his narcicism is out of control. On his website his claim-to-fame is that he "was able to spark the Midlothian-Red Oak rivalry to what it is today, but he ended up working as a journalist." He also says that a success story of his is that he was able to graduate from high school...when he was 20 years old. He also likes to point out that he once interviewed ?Mike Triess?. Funny that the only thing I found about ?Mike Triess? on the internet was found on joeys own site. What a success. It is also completely obvious that many, if not all of the pictures posted on his website were taken by himself. Nixon, a great narcicist, used to do this as well. he say on his site("I'm not your typical republican") "I have a beef with these high-and-mighty libertarians that basically think that they are right all the time." Isn't this what you do... do you have a beef with yourself? On his meesage boards someone writes "DON'T ELECT JOEY DAUBEN FOR SCHOOL BOARD! Since this board is uncensored and unedited, I hope this post doesn't get deleted or edited. Thanks." But wait... in his "success stories" area he states "after having failed 4th and 6th grades at my mom's request I became pretty popular." How can this be? He must not be as popular as he would have us beleive. The quote showing his unpopularity is from a message board where he has almost all the posts. What a thriving political debate that is going on in Ellis County. According this web page there are only 28 subscribers to the ellis county press. That includes out of state subscriptions, and probably joeys subscrition... so really only 27. Not as hardhitting journalism as joey would have us beleive. in his daily blog he says "I don't want to look back and that God has told me to tell her (what I told her last night on her couch in her living room) was that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her." More evidence that Joey is a modern prophet, just like Joseph Smith. He also says "the fact I was 20 years old when I graduated has made me a living testimony to people." I think that should be looked upon as a testament to failure, not success.

He is very well informed and I'm sure he will continue to do so. I think that the most controversial people are usually the ones that are closest to the truth. Everyone knows the movie "JFK" isn't the most accurate thing in the world.

The video is because I think it's cool that you can make .gifs out of movies and what not, genius.

Robert Groden is considered to be the world's leading expert on the photographic evidence that dispells the myth of the Magic Bullet Theory and the Warren Commission.

His investigations and testimony led to the Church Committee (the re-investigation of JFK).

So you use a movie to show that the CIA killed and covered up the assasination. Thats great, I am already convinced. And who is ?Robert Groden?.

The JFK murder was what originally got me into all of this government-sponsored-everything stuff. Basically, the cover-up made me want to expose all of what the government did and does.

I've done numerous speeches on JFK, using Robert Groden (he lives near me now) materials and photos, as well as the movie JFK.


Our country changed drastically on Nov. 22, 1963. That anniversary is bittersweet; also the day I met my girlfriend Elizabeth (side info there teehee).

I'm one of few (only?) here who's had the honor of meeting Mr. Dauben in person. I don't want to argue about how highly someone should esteem himself, but I'll give my opinion of him. Joey is basically a good person who wants to do what's right. He has high self-esteem and is generally happy with what he's done, but he is not narcissustic. He has accomplished things he's wanted to. You may not be happy if you had the life he has, but he is. Joey has his own goals and seems to think he's doing fine. Don't judge his accomplishments by comparing them with your goals. In my opinion, Joey's doing fine. But that matter is between him and God. He has to live his life and answer to God for it; no one else does. I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with Joey's opinion of himself, but I'm saying that his level of self-esteem is not harming anyone and that it is based on his own assessment of himself. We should not be surprised that different people look at the same thing and have different opinions.
