If you're not careful, someone might charge you with libel.
You keep misquoting my web site...this is the second time you have done so.
Yes, a parking lot attendant at The Ballpark in Arlington, home of the Texas Rangers baseball team, was where I landed my first job. Yes, I am a huge baseball fan, but you want to make fun ...but continue this...it's funny

I think it is worth pointing that Joey lists he was a parking attendant and amusement park attendant. Perhaps these should be additions to his 'success stories'. On of the comments on Joey's website is "I would like this site to be removed from the control of JD". This goes against his statement "after having failed 4th and 6th grades at my mom's request I became pretty popular." How can this be? The politcal views seem to contradict what he is saying ("I'm not your typical republican") when he says "So why support a Big Government president? Why support an end to Constitutional liberty and freedom? Why support a president's family who have been directly, or indirectly involved in funding our enemies and doing other illegal things? Because that is why libertarians believe in." In fact, this is the exact opposite of what they believe in. "After witnessing and reading and interviewing what rich people were saying about elite-world politics and elite-life economics - and liking what I heard - I decided to run for public office." This seems like a funny reason to run for office when Joey claims being twenty when he graduated highschool is a testement to the common people. More will come.

Nope, I don't think he does. quote: Sunset, I usually don't agree with joey but, "doth" is an actual word... check shakespeare
I knew it was a word, I didn't ask if it was a word or not. Unless I missed something. I just wasn't expecting fatfullwithenvy to use it. Sorry envy. Can we all stop going on about Joey? This is seriously pointless. Move on with your lives. -Sunset

quote: He will always spell truth with an "e". Trust me. I've harped on it for how long. I've gotten over it, as there are some words I spell wrong (and I know how to spell them correctly), mostly focussed, realised. So save your wrists a bit and quit ragging about it, it's a lost cause.
quote: I don't want to speak for marine here but maybe him spelling truth, "trueth" is a sort of trademark of his.
People. I've only seen it twice. By that I didn't come to the conclusion that it was some "trademark". Also, if I had known it was a lots cause I wouldn't have bothered. It's obvious from your posts that he's done it on numerous occasions. SORRY. quote: Even if it isn't, I think it is kind of cheap to insult someones spelling.
You have to realize that most people who spell words like that are the annoying "teeny-boppers" that have been swarming YN. Though Marine obviously isn't a teeny-bopper, I was a bit annoyed with the whole "notsojoey" thing...not that there is any proof of the true identity. Anyway..I'm in a much calmer mood at the moment quote: thinks that he's God's messenger, and looks a scrawny version of a Backstreet Boy.
I think it's hilarious. You're right, who cares? It's nothing to get mad about.

I don't want to speak for marine here but maybe him spelling truth, "trueth" is a sort of trademark of his. Even if it isn't, I think it is kind of cheap to insult someones spelling. Neither I or marine have ever participated in such childish posts. Confetti is right, workiong for the ellis county press and interveiwing some guy named "?Mike Treiss?" is hardly worth the praise. He thinks that quoting himself is like quoting dan rather or somehitng. He is not a hard hitting journalist, he is a backwater bumkin of sorts and should be taken no more seriously than anyone else.

Who cares? He's a journalist in a small town in the middle of nowhere, got kept back in high school, thinks that he's God's messenger, and looks a scrawny version of a Backstreet Boy...no respectable person in their right minds will consider his "controversial views" seriously. As far as his "success" goes, the town paper is as far as he'll get unless he commits murder or something. Why are there multiple threads on this guy?

**Sidebar** Crzyme, no, he doesn't. He will always spell truth with an "e". Trust me. I've harped on it for how long. Are we seriously supposed to believe that this "notsojoey" person is anyone other that marine or bushsupporter? It's ridiculous.

Actually bushsupporter and I use proof that we find, not our own editorials to back our arguements. I can see why this might be confussing to someone who uses opinions to claims instead of facts to back claims. If the only way you argue with us is by insulting us - that's fine - it is you, not me or bushsupporter, who have to live you consequences.
Joey, you have a lot of growing up to do. Thank God notsojoey told us the trueth and put an end to your masquerade.

You're actually agreeing with fenvy.. Anyway..courtesy of Merriam-Webster Online: quote: Main Entry: doth Pronunciation: 'd&th archaic present third singular of DO
They're both right, really. Nobody uses "doth" anymore, hence "archaic".

The truth is only my Web site or Google search away...for all of those who really want to see who I am and what I stand for. I'm the last person trying to hide anything. And for the record, here is my resume: http://www.joeydauben.com/Resume.htmThis is good, too: quote: Sure some of his comments may have been a bit to far, but he is just controversial, tells it like it is, calls em as he sees em...emphasis mine
That's all I am. That and very politically active. Marine, the only truth you seek is the facts and figures that are suitable to you. You and Bushsupporter both are like little politically correct robots who, instead of actually looking up stuff yourselves and researching things, shoot the person preaching or re-telling the story. If me graduating when I was 20-years-old and having unpopular views is the best you have, then that's pretty sad.

don't kill the messenger. That is what you are all doing here. Notsojoey did us all a favor by exsposing joey for who he really is. Sure some of his comments may have been a bit to far, but he is just controversial, tells it like it is, calls em as he sees em, just like joey always does. Thank you notsojoey your investigation has proven to be usefull and what little respect I had for joey is now gone.
