how did you bold you're sig? I've tried HTML code and it doesn't seem to work quote: So at my job (I'm a lifeguard) there are often 2 guards on duty. When I work with 2 of the guards I often feel like I have to radio them all the time to tell them to do stuff. But then they get sort of annoyed like "yeah... I know..." and stuff. I'm new so I don't totally know all the policys. But sometimes kids are clearly breaking rules and I could like walk around the pond and tell the kids myself, or I could radio and tell the other guards, or I could just ignore them. What do you guys think?
Ignore them and keep an eye on them, that way you can react fast if anything happens, and they'll get screwed for not doing their job anyways. Sorry if that's a little harsh.

I got back from Grease practice. I have the Rydell School Song Parody stuck in my head. After practice I called for a ride. I called home, called my dad's cell, and called home again. No one answered any of them. So all my friends laughed at me and told me my family had moved away without me.

We just had our emergency call-out drill for the Coast Guard Auxiliary. My column was the first in. Yay us!

quote: what's the pay?
$8/hr (85 cents above MI minimum wage) If I was full-time I would have started at $9/hr...but even though I do the exact same work when I'm there, they still pay me a lower hourly rate. Plus it's 20-25 minutes away, and it costs me a pretty penny in gasoline.

how is everyone? After nationals I should be able to come on pretty regularily mby... idk. Then college debate starts with little pause. It's funny b/c I was reading this post on hsdebate.com about this couple that just got married from debate and they were talking about how they always understood that debate comes before eachother. And it's awesome b/c I'm pretty sure that's what I'd want in a relationship. HA. wow...so anyway, that's debate for you. Comes before yn and romance. So anyawy, I was having a dilemma that I thought yn may help out on, well mostly ikki told me to get on and then I was like... I wonder what yn peeps would think of this. So at my job (I'm a lifeguard) there are often 2 guards on duty. When I work with 2 of the guards I often feel like I have to radio them all the time to tell them to do stuff. But then they get sort of annoyed like "yeah... I know..." and stuff. I'm new so I don't totally know all the policys.
