I'm working on my accounting case study. It's pretty stupid that they're evaluating our professors on whether or not we know this stuff, when really it wasn't within the scope of the class. Oh well, my professor shouldn't be teaching anyway...and it won't hurt my grade as long as I make an honest effort towards it.

My baby niece spent the night with us! Yay! Now she's doing the whole bye-bye wave with her hand all the time(I suspect she doesn't know what it's for though). She has like seven teeth already. I took some pictures that I'll post on my facebook where her teeth are showing. She is so cute.

Today I woke up in the spare bedroom. I remember watching Gilmore Girls in there last night, and then I must have fallen asleep. I slept really well though... Today I have to write a debriefing paper and either do one of my accounting assignments or my ethics take-home final. Hopefully it won't take long.

So being with my niece now is a bit bittersweet. I keep thinking what if my brother was here to see her, and of the moments that he is missing. I miss him so much.

I JUST E-MAILED IN MY SECOND TERM PAPER!!! I am so relieved. You never realized how much you're holding your breath until you start breathing again...

I'm having a bit of a crisis of self-confidence at the moment. I have 80 minutes to finish my paper, and an awful case of writer's block.

I'm glad YV. I have gummy bears and 2.5 hours to write 1.5 pages. I took out one line in my paper and it went from completely Bush-hating partisan to a relatively balanced paper. I have a renewed sense of optimism in it.

I have decided that photography and editing pictures, as well as making different types of images is like therapy for me. It helps me to take my mind off of certain things but also to combine it to do something that has to do with my brother in a positive way. I'm so glad I have a digital camera.

I'm sorry to everyone who doesn't live near a Panera. I'm about a quarter of the way through my 4th page of my 5 page paper. I think it's the worst paper I've ever written. It's very partisan...and I hate reading or writing partisan things. I would have thrown it out if it wasn't due at midnight tonight. It's somehow getting done though.

I had never heard of Panera until Meg mentioned it on the boards. Yes, I live in a cave.

I know Panera doesn't sell french fries. I get pastries at Panera. French fries at Wendy's. Donuts at Tim Hortons. Grande vanilla bean frappuccino with carmel at B&N. Strawberry banana smoothies at Caribou. Nothing at the library except for a bit of water from the drinking fountain. Darn "no food or drink" policy. ^^The places I study at.
