That sucks, Meg. I hate when parents try to decide their kids future careers and they are still so young. It's like they're trying to live THEIR dreams through their child. How unfair.

I'm at work and the oldest girl isn't here, so I'm all alone and bored. Apparently I'm supposed to help the 11 year old make an audition tape for some Comcast contest. I wish their mom would let them have a normal childhood instead of wishing for them to be stars.

So today my uncle died, it was a bit of a shock really. He use to live right next door to me before I moved. I guess I should have been more ready than I was for it though. He was a heavy herion user and had gotten worst over the last bit. It was just a shock, I think it still seems unreal..
