i hate math

I'm pre-law, so I have an above average love of legal proceedings. Almost all political science and pre-law classes have "moot court" where we pretend we're the Supreme Court. For Criminal Law though, we have mock trial. I'm the prosecution lead attorney, and I just found out that we don't get to pick the charges...so here I was prepping for first degree murder, and then I find out that she's only being charged with voluntary manslaughter. At this I rejoiced.

I'm sorry. I'm in mock trial, but mock trial for high school... it's fun. She does sound like a pain...

Well it all started when this girl was on my moot court team last semester. I was very helpful and helped her out a lot.

This semester, she told me she was having trouble with her briefs, and could I please read her next one. She e-mailed it to me and my 15 year old sister would probably have been able to write a better brief than this. I spend a good amount of time going over it and giving feedback on things she could improve.

Then in class she tells me that she sent me the wrong brief, that it was the one from last semester.

So she sends me the real brief this morning. It was in some weird format that my computer didn't accept. I e-mail her and tell her to send it again, but to just copy and paste it. She IMs me (while I'm away) asking if I received it and then signed off. (She was on AIM, but didn't bother to check her e-mail.)

Then she finally e-mails it to me AND IT'S A BRIEF ON THE SAME CASE SHE BRIEFED LAST SEMESTER. She kept talking about how she didn't have any information about the case...WHEN SHE HAD ALREADY DONE THE ASSIGNMENT.

Want to know the worst part of all of this? She is on my mock trial team for Criminal Law. *tears hair out*

I still have tons of work to do but don't feel like doing it. I feel that there's never any breaks or as far as that goes any rewards. I have to be the strong one in the business partnership because I fear that if I'm not my partner will seriously give up. Different time zones = Different shows on at different times

I still haven't finished my accounting...nor have I completed a single thing on my loose ends list.

what degree? there are 3. 10 in black belt, but back 2 the point. what degree is your brown belt?
