I hate his sorry ***. He is such a lame *******. He's like a conservative puppet of the comedic world. He's so filtered down, it's painfully obvious how filtered his lame routine is to play to ratings. "His" (and I shouldn't say his, since he most likely doesn't write his own jokes) ONLY routine is to play up to whatever the highest number of Americans hate the most at the time. What a *****. The ****er needs to get new material and a new technique. He's such an anti-French **** *******. Honestly, kinda lame to make fun of something just because you know people will laugh out of dislike instead of at the funniness of the joke. Yep, It makes people laugh. But it's lame in that it's the only thing he can do (o wait he can do one other thing; rephrase the same damn jokes over and over), in my opinion he is an extremely lame comedian. I hope he rots in hell.

Jon and Conan are way better than Leno.

Jay Leno makes fun of everyone, Michael Jackson, the French, Americans, Mexicans, Bush, Kerry, Chaney, etc. It's his job to be funny.

I just want to know why Americans are suddenly so anti-French? They're very cultured people.

He probably does write some, but he talked about his writers on one of his shows, so he definitely doesn't write all of them.

I like Conan, when I can stay up long enough to watch him. By the time the Tonight Show gets over I'm usually dead tired. Eh, he get's the Tonight Show spot when Leno retires, so I'll be able to see more of his show then.

Yeah, Conan rocks. I don't really like Jay Leno but only because I end up watching his chin and wondering how you get such a big chin and I miss all his jokes. Suddenly my brother is laughing his head off but I'm busy wondering if his chin is surgically enhanced.

Anyway, he's a comedienne. It's his job to make fun of and ostracize groups. He does it to celebrities, government officials, himself, etc. If he didn't make anyone laugh, he wouldn't have his own show. Obviously whatever French jokes he's made have amused Americans in that his ratings have not dropped.

I personally like Conan and occasionally, Ellen.

This wasn't meant to become an anti-French discussion board...

But, one thing: France has over 8 million practicing muslims (recently immigrated, and not used to having to be religiously tolerant) from Africa and the Middle East, and the largest Jewish population in Europe (despite the fact it has a smaller population compared to Germany, England, Spain, and Italy). You see the problem here, it's just like an extension of the middle-east conflict. Of course there's going to be racial/religious tension. There have been racial/religious tensions between these two groups for the last two millenia.

I was just using Jay Leno's use of the anti-French theme as an example of how his jokes suck, and purposely play up to whatever is currently disliked WAY too much, and that he tells the same old jokes over and over, and that it's really pretty ****ty comedy.

Bauhaus ... you really need to go to France. Some are American haters, not the whole population. And, if they do, I wonder why. Not all are racist against Jews. Yet again, this is only a handful of people. Learn your facts.
