fun fact: Chinese words are typicly 1 sylable each, with longer words being a combination of short words; while Japanese words typicly have at least 2 sylables each, & can have as many as 10 or so. EXAMPLES: Chinese--ming, jing, long, bei-jing, shang-hai, mah-fong-yao...etc. Japanese--katana, shuriken, kunai, okinawa, kyoto, sensai, sempai, gaijin...etc. of course, as with all languages, there are exceptions to the rule.

Katana, Shuriken, & Kunai are all Japanese weapons made famous by the Samurai & Ninja of Feudal Era Japan.

Shurikens and Kunais are weapons. A kunai could be described as sort of like a two edge kife that you can throw at a desire target. A Shuriken on the other hand is a flat and round weapon that has multiple pointy edges. You can thow it directly are your target or throw it on the ground where it will stick and your target can step on it and get hurt. Very handy weapons, I'm not sure but I think they have a chineese or japanese origin.
