Alex: Liz, I'd like you to meet Wink.
Kate: Nice to meet you.

I was none too happy with the way she was looking at Alex.

Alex: Wink is... an old friend.
Kate (coldly): So you said.

Alex shifts uncomfortly.
Ales: So. Lets get started.

*all three weatch battle about to begin*

The priestesses and trainees prepare for battle, while Morgaine, Vix, and Kwai stand atop the Tor in the center of the Isle.
Vix: Why are we here?
Morgaine: I have brought you here because you are some of the best magick users that the world has ever known, and trust me, I've met several. From here, we can see how the battle progresses, and cast spells to ward off the demon army and help our own.

*Verka shows up outside of the castle where Morgaine, Vix, & Kwai are. There is a platoon of demon warriors positioned outside the gates. He walks up to a red-skinned, one horned demon in scale armor.*
Verka: "Would you look at who got promoted to general!"
Zazama: "Well if it isn't my good for nothin' pirate cousin! Hows the sea been treating your limey arse?!"
Verka: "Better than ever! Alex Cray's back in town. He's on the isle right now."
Zazama: "Is he now? I'll have to take that into accord. Well? Are ya gonna help fight, or are ya gonna just stand around like a ship's mast all day?"
Verka: *pulls out his 2 scimitars (I hope I'm spelling that right)* "Oh I'm going to fight!"

*Zeig & Kunga walk into a pub on the other side of the island. Instantly they are greated by a big burley man in an apron.*
????: "Captain Heartless Zeig!"
Zeig: "Big Ben Baker! Ye hav'n changed a bit!"
Kunga: "Booga booga booga! Do you have any rum?"

*Deep in a cave in the middle of the island, Alex & Liz are standing by a glowing pond.*
Liz: "So...why are we here again?"
Alex: "Part of your training. Maybe if you get a chance to learn about what magic is & where it comes from you can get a better grip on your powers."
Liz: "So why haven't we started yet?"
Alex: "I'm waiting for an old friend."
????: "Oh, friends are we? I'd like to hope that we are more than that by now."
Alex: "Hello Wink. Long time no see."

OC: I'm back!

IC: Zeig: "We drawin' close te Avalon now mate. Ye got any plans?"
Alex: "Yeah. This trip will give me a chance to teach Liz about mana & where magic comes from."
Verka: "...& I'm going ashore to visit a certain "cousin", & because I have business at a certain castle."
Zeig: "...& I owe a certain bartender some dubloons. I'll take Kunga with me."
Alex: "So we'll meet back aboard the ship in three days then. Agreed?"
All 3 In Unision: "Agreed!"

OC: Hey everybody, I'm going to be busy with work & school for the next few days so i won't be online. Please keep the story going though. Thanks!

Vix(mentally): oh joy another damn battle and some how I feel Gaius is responsible
Kwai(mentally): oh shut it, you know you wanna kick some ass
Vix(mentally): damn right and when this is over I want my awnser monk
*they both head off in to the fray*

Another devotee of the Isle of Avalon walks in. "Mistress," she said, "We are under attack. Are they to help or not?"
Since there is no time for them to think about it anymore, I answer for them: "Yes."

When Alex told me I could go I went up on deck. I saw Kunga. He was absolutly thrilled by the sea gulls. He thought they were the funniest things he'd ever seen. He loved standing still untill he had one diving at him, then running away.
Kunga: Why haven't we seen them before?
Liz: They live near land. There must be shore near by. I wonder where we are...

Alex can tell that Liz is not only worried but distracted.
Alex: *sighs* "Go take a breather. I need to...clear my head before anymore teaching can continue."
Liz: "Ok."
Liz runs out & starts dancing with Kunga who is excited over seeing seagulls for the first time. Alex walks out as well & walks over to where Zeig & Verka are standing.

I let out a sigh. I'm in my cabin, once again Alex is lecturing me about magic. It's been a week since the fainting incident. Alex had been insane with the lessons since then. He kept claiming that I had too much to learn, we both had too much to learn, and neither of us had enough time.

I still wasn't quite shure what exactly had happened, or was supposed to happen. I still hadn't had the nerve to ask Alex.

I started paying attention to what Alex was saying. I made balls of light as he instructed. I settled back and sighed. I knew I was in for another long lesson.

OC: Sorry everybody! I've been away because I was on vacation & then I got sick. I'm back now though, so lets continue!

IC: Alex had a flashback to when Liz merged with the sphere. In the flashback: As Liz began to hurl the sphere at Alex her soul went with it, & her body collapsed. Alex chanted 8 words in an ancient language & the ruby skulls on his artifacts began to glow as well as his eyes. He caught her soul, sucked some magic from it, & used that power to return it to her body. Out of the flashback: Alex: "In answer to your question, what was supposed to happen happened. *sighs* & we both have a lot more to learn."

Then help me out a little, will ya?

OC: hey, I don't have anywhere to go with my storyline, because I don't want to keep making up responses for Vix and Kwai...Who's in charge of them, anyway?

I ran the the whole last completed storyline thank you very much so excuse me for taking a fcking break

I woke up on the floor. Alex was kneeling over me, looking worried.

Alex: Oh, good. You're waking up. You had me worried for a minute.
Liz: What happened?
Alex: You passed out. The strain of the spell must have been too much for you to handel.

I nodded. Now that he was reminding me, I was starting to remember.

Liz: OK. So what was supposed to happen?
Alex: What?
Liz: With the spell. What was supposed to happen?

I closed my eyes. I was terrified of what I was about to do, but I trusted Alex. I clased my eyes. I reached into my soul as Alex told me to. Suddenly I was one with the sphere, and hurled it at Alex...
