There's a commercial with a "government guy" raping kids?? I thought increasethepeace was saying rapping, as in the music kind. quote:

Well, I'm sure he wasn't rapping so kids would vote. You can't vote until you're 18.  No, I haven't seen the commercial, but I have seen the many promotional spots by MTV. (20 Million Loud) quote:
