ING direct banking is the way. ING is a loan/savings bank. So thats why you've never heard of it.
If you have a checking account with any other bank you can sign up. Most banks only give you .4% intrest a year + they have a monthly fee.
ING is fee free.
right now I have it setup so it takes $10 out of my checking account every week, so by the end of the year I'll have $480! plus almost $15 earned off the intrest.

If you think its a scam, its not, most banks will give you $50 to open a savings account, like Bank of America, but you only will get .4% intrest a year, + they make you maintain a min of $50 in your account and you have monthly fees. Sounds like Bank of America is the real scammer here.
