I think hispanics have a generally hard life...I mean a lot of them get the crap beat out of them by their parents....and we always have lots of drama with our families. I am not saying hispanics are bad..i'm just saying we have a generally rough life. People still discriminate against us and all that..I know other races get discriminated against too....it's just that sometiems it seems like hispanics have a rough life. That's all I wanted to say.

And i happen to live on a big house, and my father is a doctor, and my mom owns a chocolate/pastry shop, and hell does it sell!

Anyways, to whoever wrote this post (I was too busy ranting over what was written to see the username), how would you feel if I (or anyone else) came along saying something bad about Americans (or wherever you are from)? I bet you'd beat me up.

So in other words, treat people as you want them to treat you. Because we Puerto Ricans have no fear of going to jail! j/k lol.

whether someone is Hispanic, Asian, Extraterrestail, White, whatever does not imply if he/she gets beaten or how crappy his/her life is.

i would like for someone to say, "'You're Hispanic! You must be very brilliant!' Instead of, 'You're Hispanic! Do you carry a knife?'"

Well, when someoe asks me if I carry a knife (damn Puerto Rican gangs) I say sarcastically, "And a gun."

I just wonder what's so much fun about judging. I've made a resolution not to judge anyone anymore because I get mad, and I realize that most people are not what I think (whether good or bad) at all.

Well first of all, I'm asian. And I don't think that only hispanic parents beat the crap out of their children. My parents do that to me too. I get my a$$ kicked and then kicked out of the house one time becuase i got a C on a test. I'm not sure what happens at your house but if your telling the truth, my life isn't much better

Hey zleepy, you said that Hispanic children get beat by their parents and then you come back with saying you never did but you knew of some who it happened to. I'm sorry to say that i believe that was just a desperate reach so people would agree with you. Being Hispanic has nothing to do with a rough life, sure you are discriminated against, but so does everyone else! I'm white but i live in an area that is dominately Hispanic, do i get discriminated against? Yes... but that doesn't mean all people who are the same origin as me have it hard. And unless you accept the life you are delt with (being Hispanic or Black or White or Asian) then you will always have it hard. Because you will look for incidents of rough spots to prove to everyone that just because you are Hispanic you are worse off.
