I pulled something in my left knee. My mom wrapped it, which is making standing on it much more tolerable...but it's ITCHY.

so that massive scrap? yeah it got mildly infected. So I went in to the athletic trainer's office got a scapel, gause and lots of anti-septic. I then proceeded to use the scapel to remove the scab over the infected area and clean it out with alcohol swabs and plenty of triple strength antibiotic.

I've been feeling completely drained all these days. I really don't know why either because I haven't been doing much. Maybe it's the heat. It's already November and it's still around the 90's here. Gah. Frown

I have a bit of a headache...I know it's probably not helped by my hair being in a tight bun with about a pound of hairspray....

Day 8 Meagan's Autumn Cold. This includes stuffy nose/ears, runny nose and swollen throat.

Three days at work in a row, so feet, knees and lower back hurt...plus itchy, scratched up forearms.

Add that to some minor cramps, and we really have a party!

(And I really need to just do homework until bedtime...

Common cold with fever, back ache, cramping, and stress headaches. Oh, the possibilities.

Everything is ruined forever.

Finishing up Day Five of my cold.

Still got a stuffy nose and stuffy ears.

I found out that I was majorly ODing on decongestants, not realizing that my nasal spray was not supposed to be combined with oral drugs. It would be nice if they would mention that on the box...

I am also congested in my throat to the extent that I can barely swallow.

I'm having such a difficult time shaking this stupid cold...and of course it's at the most inopportune time...

My usual, not so bad, almost not worth mentioning, heart palpitations got so bad last night, I could barely breathe and I almost passed out. I think my heart may have actually stopped for a few seconds. It was quite terrifying.

So everyone at home is sick right now. First my baby niece, she was throwing up and had a stomach infection. Then my mom, followed by my nieces other grandma, then my dad, then my baby nieces mom, then me... Frown

*sigh*

So I highly don't recomend sleeping the way I slept two days ago. To give you an idea of how I slept:

With my feet on the floor
The left side of my torso on the couch
And my forhead touching my knees

If you do sleep like this you will most likely suffer from back pain for days after the nap.

"I'm loosing my mind!" That's right. I'm going to set it free and let it run around on its own for awhile...

I am SO dried out.

My skin, especially on my hands, is just so disgusting.

My lips need Aquaphor about every hour to keep me happy.

Even my hair is icky dry.

It's no wonder my nose is so dried out and stuffy!

Stuffy nose. Stuffy ears. I feel SO dehydrated, it's not even funny; this morning, I've already gone through about 12 dixie cups of water...and I still feel completely dried out.

Plus, I have to go to the dermatologist today and then work 7-10.

Now my nose is runny and I'm sneezing...but I can't take an antihistamine because it will undo the progress the decongestant has done.

I also ate a bowl of oatmeal. I hate oatmeal.

My nose is stuffy and runny. My ears are stuffy and my throat is all swollen. I can barely swallow.

My mom thinks it is because our house is so dry. Because I can't swallow, all I've actually eaten today is rice. Frown
