I have patellar tendonitis (inflamation of the tendons surrinding the knee cap in english) it hurts like hell

I had a coughing fit earlier. It was very painful, and it lasted for quite awhile. I went and bought some throat spray (the kid's kind...it was the only kind they had...grape, ick!) and it helped immensely. Very difficult to be able to actually spray the back of your throat...but I HIGHLY recommend it.

I actually feel pretty good right now... I still have the spot, where I sliced open my toe, which isn't healing to my satisfaction...but if that's the worst thing wrong with me...

I somehow managed to cut open the top of my toe on the front porch step when I was walking in (barefoot...) from getting the paper this morning. It was one of those cuts that bled for about an hour, and then it really hurt for some reason. I put some Neosporin on it, and it's looking much better.
