So all of my prior ailments are no longer here... Smile

Now if my allergies would just subside also...I'd be one hundred percent perfect. I haven't felt this healthy in a long time. Smile

Last night in a fit of anger I sat down really hard in my chair without realizing my foot had somehow gotten underneath one of the legs. Now two of my toes are swollen and their will probably be a nice big bruise there.

my lower back hurts...

The original draft of The Lord of the Rings featured Chuck Norris instead of Frodo Baggins. It was only 5 pages long, as Chuck roundhouse-kicked Sauron's ass halfway through the first chapter.

My ankle is healing quite nicely...now it is just itchy.

I think I prefered it when it was bleeding and painful...this is just driving me crazy...

I cut open the back of my ankle on the step on our patio...

It was pretty bloody, although it seems like a pretty shallow cut. It's about an inch long and it looks pretty gross. Then there is another part that is just scraped up pretty good.

I have some Neosporin on it...hopefully it will keep it from getting infected and grosser than it already is.

I sprained my thumb after I layed down my buddies motorcycle a couple weeks ago. I didn't have it looked at so now I have this feeling that it's going to hurt forever. (I severely aggravated it while playing tight end at football practice... our Chief has a damn bullet for an arm)

If it counts and anyone is actually going to be reading this, I sliced my finger on the top of a can as I was opening it. The can was one of those self open ones that you don't need the can opener for. I was at work when it happened and boy did it hurt.

Add some seasonal allergies to my list...I never used to get them, and now this season I suddenly have them worse than my mom or my sister.

I've been stuffy with itchy watery eyes most of the day...now the sneezing has started. Antihistimines help these symptoms immensely, but they do one of two things to me: put me to sleep or make me dizzy. So I just now took one...hopefully it will work its magic soon.

(For the record: Tonight it's the dizziness...I'm going to bed.)

I haven't felt totally right for the past couple days. I used to have a blood sugar problem, one that has disappeared relatively recently.

It flared up on my trip. My mom doesn't see the same importance in 3 meals a day that I do, so for her it was no big deal for us to eat a big breakfast and then not eat real food again until an early dinner. She didn't really understand me when I told her that "I need to eat now." Roll Eyes

I ate a big dinner and I've been snacking since I got home, so I'm doing better, but it will probably take me a couple days to totally get back on track... Frown

No injuries today but I did earn my Medic's cross and taped an ankel, Poor ***** sprained it as she was dodging through some rough terrain with me trying to get some cover from enemy fire (we play on the same airsoft team) The culprit was a combo of rough terrain and sneakers that not only where they not tightly tied could not be tied at all, which with all the running and dodging we were doing was just begging for a severe sprain. (she got off light with a minor one)

I have a blister in the spot between my thumb and finger from kayaking yesterday. It's not really painful, but it's pretty gross looking.

We made onion rings. I ate one while it was still hot. I burnt my finger.

My leg hurts and now my head hurts because the movie Signs had basically the same plot of Independence Day...oh wait there was no plot in Independence Day!
