So last night I had this horrid pain in my upper abdomen that quickly spread to my chest and back. It was so bad I thought I was going to pass out. It lasted for more than an hour and I don't know how I managed to fall asleep. It's the second time it happens, but this was the worst. Frown

My knees are bothering me, I can only guess it is because of work.

I have dance tonight, so I'm planning on Ibuprofening before I even start class and then I'll be getting out the ice tonight.

My back has been mad at these terrible college mattresses lately.

And my hands have some kind of arthritis-like pain

I was feeling so much better yesterday...now I am all stuffy again (especially in my ears) and my nose is running.

I have a scratched up vein in my left arm that burns.

I'm also getting sick. I have been sneezing all night, I'm achy, my nose is stuffy/runny and I'm fairly certain I'm running a low grade temp.

I really feel lousy.

Aside from some allergy symptoms, I'm actually doing pretty well.

I've really been keeping up with the whole moisturizing thing for the past week or so. I got St. Ives 24 Hour Moisturizer. It works SO well. My skin hasn't been this soft in who knows how long! Combine that with Aquaphor for my lips, Clear Eyes drops for my eyes, washing my face with Ceptaphil and using Eucrein Moisturizing Cream for my nose...I feel great!

So wet shoes + tile floor + running = BAAAAAD Idea.

I'm sitting on a gatorade bottle right now because it was the coolest thing in my minifridge.

Oh, and to add insult to injury, a partially open container spilled in my fridge and all over the carpet in my dorm room.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWW is all I can say right now.

My antihistamine is helping my breathing...but it's knocking me out.

I am having an allergic reaction at the moment. It started off when I was having a bit of pressure when I was breathing. I used my inhaler. Then I noticed that my lip was swelling. Then I started shaking. I took an antihistamine and drank some apple juice, though this has failed to produce any result thus far.

I also have a really big bruise on the front of my left ankle...thanks to an unfortunate "step shuffle hop toe" where I ended up kicking myself...but I've gotten used to that by now. It's the allergies I'm concerned about.

So I was a Youth Camp Leader, and so the Youth Camp Leaders sleep on the top loft of the A-frames (so that your girls don't fight about it). I slip while climbing down, sprain my ankle, bruise my shin and knee and scrape the skin off all the way down. It was in the camper certification to teach about treating for shock, so the other two Youth Camp Leaders just said, "Girls, she is in shock. Not very severe shock. A very mild degree of it, but she is."

It actually doesn't hurt as much as it seems like it should.

I was at soccer practice my position is goalie. So the coach is like. Sahn you make some amazing saves out there last game. You are now our full time goalie. I say okay. Later in practice he tells everyone that he wants to challenge me for once. So everyone has to kick the ball in the high areas at the far side of the net. So the coach says Sahn you need how to make your body horizontal with the top bar of the net when you make your saves while jumping. So I do what he says, but not with out the costs. The sides of my body are completely bruised. It hurts to move bend over that sort of thing.

My cholesterol is really high...does that count?

It was at 243 when I got it checked last, and that puts me in the "severe high risk" category...which I wouldn't have known by what my doctor told me. He said "Your cholesterol is higher than I would like it, it's gone up a little bit since last month" I went up over 60 POINTS in a month...that's much more than "a little bit."

The accutane (which caused the high cholesterol) seems to be doing its job though... Smile
