Does anybody just like to run? It sometimes helps me to clear out my mind.

I run at LAX, with 2 ankle braces and a knee brace half the time, that's enough for me. Swimming and taking a walk works better for me.
Hope for the best and expect the worst............take whatever life throws at you...

It's true. Running is work. Work sucks. Period. Bushism of the day: "We expect the states to show us whether or not we're achieving simple objectives — like literacy, literacy in math, the ability to read and write." —George W. Bush, on federal education requirements, Washington, D.C., April 28, 2005
"If there was hope, it must lie in the proles, because only there, in those swarming disregarded masses, eighty-five percent of the population of Oceania, could the force to destroy the Party ever be generated," p.60, "1984," by George Orwell

No. No one likes to run. Ever.
