Number one: We don't have daiquiris here. Never heard of them.

Number two (what you described): Those are called Shirley Temples over here for some reason. But, we use strawberry soda.

WTF 3/4s alcohol in a daiquiri ? Thats insane. Its more like:
4 parts strawberry daiquiri mix
1 part 151 proof rum
the rest othe blender full of ice

However, that is STILL not a pink lady
Pink lady:
2.0 oz heavy Cream
1.0 oz Gin
0.5 oz Grenadine
ice for mixing, of course

It's kinda like, strawberry soda (that's what I call it anyway, it's strawberry flavor) with a little alcohol. (about 3/4's full)

Ah... never seen or heard of those strawberry things. Another reson why I dispise living in a hick town. Corona's, MGD lite's and wine of any kind is digusting... How can you drink that cr@p? You know what's good? Pink ladies. If you haven't tried those you haven't lived! haha.
