I actually kinda like pick-up lines and think they're kinda cute. A little bit of a pathetic way for a guy to get my attention but still cute. I dont know if I have a favorite one though. My boyfriend knows I like pick-up lines and makes some up all the time. It's so adorable. The ones he makes up are really good to. Not the sexual ones like "Is that a mirror in your pocket? Because I think I just saw myself in your pants." They're cute ones.
The moral this time is girls make boys cry.

Well I like originality. I mean, I'm not asking for anything outside of this world. Just for the guy to be sincere, that's all.
Sincere is nice. But yeah, sometimes simple lines work better than ones that get overly imaginative.

Technically, isn't anything a guy says to a girl that gets her to go out with him a pick-up line? If so, then the line that's worked the best for me is a simple "Hey, want to go out sometime?" Probably wouldn't work at a bar, but I'm not the type to look for dates at a bar.

what y'all never knew that guys pass around pick-up lines, compile the good ones and then try them themselves? Guy legend has it that there's one pickup line record that dates all the way from the mid-1700s to modern day but no one has every seen it...
