from my own experience with spandex, (football pants and girdles) it's are rather uncomfortable, but I've never worn volleyball shorts so I suppose I shall take your word on it LTR

They are spandex. So I could see how one could think they would be uncomfortable.

really? I've seen the volleyball shorts at my HS and the look extremely tight which I've always equated with being uncomfortable, not that I'm complaining mind you they just don't look comfy
