I've seen so many topics about love on the NOISEboards and I was just wondering if anyone has been or is currently in an abusive and/or violent relationship. If you're in an abusive relationship, are you afraid to leave or what? My friend was being abused by her boyfriend, who's father was also an abuser and she was terrified to leave until she finally got some help. Would you take the abuse? I just can't for the life of me understand why someone would want to stay in a relationship like that! Do you think children who grow up in abusive homes will eventually become abusers themselves?!Well, just let me know what ya'll think! Also, I just realized how many times I used the word "abuse" or forms of the word! Disregard this!
