Depends on what I'm doing, at my job I'm a follower I have to be. Elsewhere I'm a leader because I can be, and no one else wants to be. Knowledge trumps imagination because you can come up with some crazy ideas... but I know that one way is going to work every time.

Being the introvert that I am I don't always make the best leader so, folower. I think imagination is more important then knowledge. But, I do highly value both.
