-Do you believe abortion is an personal or religious or moral issue? I believe it is both. For some people, it's a religious, and for others, it's moral.


-If you were pregnant (by means of having sex without force), and you didint want the child, would you abort the pregnancy or put it for adoption? I'd put it up for adoption. Trust me, I don't want to go into labor, and have to have a child, but seeing as I don't approve of abortion as birth control, I have to live with the consequences of what I did.


-If you were pregnant (by rape), and you didint want the child, would you have an abortion or put it up for adoption? I don't know what I would do. It would take me a long time to decide. Considering how upset I would be after a rape, I'd probably have an abortion, but I just can't say.


-If a friend/family member told you she was considering having an abortion because she had sex without protection and is now pregnant, would you support her? how would you react? I would do my best to tell them that they need to live with the consequences, but I wouldn't start yelling at them or anything. I would be sad and disappointed with my friend, but it is a personal decision in the long run.


-If a friend/family member told you she was considering having an abortion because she was raped and got pregnant, would you support her? how would you react? I would ask her to really consider her options, and if she felt that abortion was her best option, then I would support her as best as possible.

-If someone you know is SURE she is having an abortion (raped and/or by unprotected sex), would you support her? how would you react? They made their decision; I would support them and be their friend, not make judgements upon them in a time of need.


-what do you think the government should do about abortion? Keep it legal. Let people make their own decisions. Trust me, there are enough people out there against abortion to make a person think long and hard.

I would try to talk her into adoption, but if she did end up choosing abortion, I would still be there for her.

In the end, it's the woman's choice whether it legal or illegal. If she really wants to abort her child, she is going to get it done illegally, causing a huge danger to herself, or else she'll just go to another country, where abortion is legal. I do think that the father should have some say in it, though even if the law said that, it's still the woman's choice in the end.
