I honestly don't know who the prime minister of Canada is but if you would like to tell me, than that would be great.

Its hard to compare Universities in Canada. Thay are so far apart and have such different programs. I mostly hear about how great mine is.

I love Canada . Never actually been there but theres this one photographer who sends us his books periodically and the pictures are ........breathtaking . Id say he did something to the camera but then my dads pictures rock too .

I have never said I like our PM. Actually I voted against him. This is mostly an east west fight and there has been no moves to alliviate the suffering of the west by the fed. gov. You know that invalid closing of the border that has ruined our cattle industry and he doesn't care b/c Ontario gets cheap beef.

As to FreeMarket I will say that whatever you were watching probably had to look really hard to find that Canadian guy and he was probably from Toronto anyway. In a discussing with several University students we decided that 5% of Canadian hate the States passionately (not me), 70% dislike their policy and want them off of our back, 24% don't care at all, and 1% actually like the States.

I think very highly of Paul Martin and the President of Mexico (whose name escapes me at the moment). They are bothe very intellegent and well spoken.

krc; As far as allies go I consider Canada to be highly valued. I still badmouth you canucks all the time, it's in good fun. I was watching c-span the other day and there was a Canadian who was in favor of canada becoming part of the U.S. I was embarassed for Canadians. I was disgusted to see someone who was so lacking in patriotism that he would disgrace his homeland by seeking its assimilation into another country.

Well, I don't exactly "care" about what goes on in America, I just don't care. I get by just fine, Bella. You don't have to care about what goes on in America to get by in the world.

I love Canada, but I don't know the answer to that question. Why do people always poke fun at it?
