Every time I come onto these forums I notice about a bazzillion guests and no members are on the boards. Hey all you guests out there, join the fun, stop being little nancy children, and come join the fun. Or else.

Hmmm...I'm curious to know what members actually joined in response to this thread. But I'm also curious to know those who didn't join because of it or were intimidated by it. I guess I'll never know the second one.

Most likely they are bots. Google, MSN, whatever. Or spiders. But then again, they could be real people. I could be wrong.

My best friend now reads the boards and essays on a fairly regular basis. Another was posting obssessively for a while, but then got sick of it(LiberalHugger). I'm not surprised, actually. . . Honestly, though, we should have posters and raise student awareness. And what about PodCasting? We could do a show on news of the week and advancements and fall-backs in different contriversial issues. Discussing religion and the like. I, however, have no idea how to record. I can't figure out how to work Audacity and my Skype skills are almost nil.

Now I feel so useful because I told a few friends about YN, two of whom have actually taken a look at it. One friend seems to like it and posted a few times, while the other was intimidated and probably felt it was over her head to post even once. Ugh, anyway, I think ads for YN would be a great idea.

We could try to be a bit more positive and not rip people limb from limb! It's depressing. . . Nah, posters and signs would be nice. We need some new, sensible people. It's getting boring when all the new newbies are getting run off. Personally, I'm surprised I made it past day two, let alone (almost) a year. Come join, random guests!

None of these guests are joining because they realize YN is now in the gutter.
I like these calm little moments before the storm.
