Umm...nope, no traditions.
The only thing that happened on St.Patricks day here is either you get pinched for not wearing green, or you get to play a game at my past high school. The guys would wear a pin that said "kiss me I'm Irish." The plan was that they could not speak to any girl during the day, if they did, they had to give the pin to her. The girl that collected the most pins gets a price after school at the office. It was fun.
