The world, of course, is not a happy go lucky place, but this site can be a way to escape, or confront the world. I use it for both. Me, i am a cynical person, but I know when to let it go and look at the good stuff, you should learn from that. By the way, it is not the world's job to guard your self-esteem. Therefore, it is not our job - or even any of our concern, as YN members - to make sure you become and thus stay blissful. If your emotions fluctuate due to what someone says here, and if you depend on unknown persons on a website to cheer you up, then be prepared for Reality to kick you in the ***.

You can have all the issues that you want, but lets face it, you don't see eachother on an everyday basis, you can just as easily avoid the person as confront them about nothing, so in conlusion, I use an old cliche, " If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"

Replying to your first previous post was tiring enough. Explaining things to you is becoming a huge pain in the ***, because you're obviously not getting things. At least you're very determined. Good for you, kid.

It's a lot more dignifying than going on a mindless ramble about how crappy my day was, I'll tell you that much. And you know, nobody has realy called you "the bad guy" or anything of the sort. Also, did you not ask why people insulted you "for no good reason" earlier? Did I not try to explain that reason? Here, kid, is another reason I'm going to add to the list. Stupidity, i would expect nothing else from you. and mystery, i agree we are all doomed to a tortured existense but without trying to be joyful we are just dooming ourselves to fail and sink lower. what you said was kinda like asking why shower when you know you'll just get dirty again? check out my post on "vent! get angry" i think it's kind of related and in any case it should clear some things up.

And it's absolutely grand that you're trying to be fun-loving and friendly. I'm sure you have many, many little friends in real life.
