I got a new iPod classic on sunday..and I tried downloading iTunes but it says I have to get A service pack 2 or later on my computer..ok so I tried getting the service pack 3 but now the problem is I have to uninstall the Mcafee to download the sp3...when I try to, it says something error..and Im just frustrated because this whole week i've been calling microsoft to help but They always end up calling me back. So the thing is does any one know how to help?? im desperate...I want songs/videos on it!!! Or atleast how to uninstall Mcafee even when it says error?

Don't uninstal Mcafee. I think I had that same problem, though it was a while ago. Itunes will automatically update everything, including programs that maybe are better than the version they have. Just opt not to do it if you know you have a current version.

I don't think you should have any need to uninstall McAffe to download anything...furthermore, you probably don't WANT to... When did you get your computer?
