I know this is a topic that often brings up fights in other realms, so i will tred lightly. What do you guy think of the whole Palestinians vs Israel ordeal? I have studied in the issue for years and still can not compleatly make up my mind on the situation. I understand Israels claim of ancient homeland, and the Palestinians view of seeking freedom. I just cant figure out why they, we, us whatever can not sit down and work out a two country deal without israel giving up the Temple Mount/Dome of the Rock site? Why not an independant PA, then work on getting the dome, or why not leave it to Israel? Please don't consider me base in my views, I just would like to know. jared

VoiceofAmerica must be the new speaker for the Christian Coalition.
Anyway, both the Israelis and Palestinians are at fault. They both have claims to the land, and neither of them are opting to discuss things amicably. The United States should not intervene, and the two peoples need to learn to solve their own problems.
I honestly don't care what happens there, but I do feel empathy for the children.

We did work out a deal, only the Arabs were to greedy to be satified with the abundant land that they were allowed as a homeland. You see, the Jew were promised in the 1880's all of what was then palestine, and what is now Palestine and Jordan. Due to Arab immigration, in 1923 the Brittish government decided to give the Arabs modern day Jordan. The Arabs however became more greedy and tried to take Irseal's land, hence what we have today. The Jews defending thier homeland, and the Arabs tring to impose manifest destiny upon them.
